Introducing Chef Joseph Brenner and The Fireplace Room restaurant which is now officially open to the public.

For more than a decade, Chef Joseph Brenner served as right-hand man to celebrity chef Todd English, traveling with him and helping him oversee his many restaurants, including five Olives locations in Charlestown, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington D.C., Colorado, and Las Vegas; three Figs locations in Charlestown, Boston, and La Guardia Airport in New York; and several others, such as Todd English's Tuscany at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and Bonfire in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

Our vision for The Fireplace room is a four-season destination dining experience, offering locally grown produce and seasonally inspired cuisine, punctuated with Joseph's distinctive inspirational Mediterranean creations and flavors.

The Fireplace Room restaurant is situated in the heart of the property of The International Golf Club & Resort, amongst 600 acres of natural beauty with views and vistas of our championship golf courses and majestic pine trees.  At night, the pine trees under the spotlights are simply magnificent.

The vibe in the Fireplace Room is upbeat and hip, since we started playing better music, a bit louder, a bit more often. Live music on weekends should also start to show up on the scene around the Fall of this year.

Service with a smile is our motto and standard. We seek to please all our guest and our staff are trained to the highest standards.

Simple pleasures in life are often the finest.  Already, the customers are raving about Joseph's thin crust pizza creations. They are out of this world. Nobody does pizza like Chef Brenner.

All natural and sustainable meat and fish, sourced from purveyors such as "Brandt" and "Duvarte" are regulars on our menu, only found at the finest of downtown restaurants.

The Fireplace Room will continuously inspire the most discerning of palettes, with weekly changing menus, special events like steak nights and wine-pairing menus, as the experience evolves each time you dine with us.
