For the cocktail enthusiasts: Shake, sip, and stir with us! You and your guests will receive basic cocktail composition techniques with some tools of the trade to take home as well as a recipe booklet of our favorite handcrafted house cocktails. We’ll walk through different crowd-pleasing cocktails that will be sure to wow guests at your next event. After an hour mixology class, join us for a three-course dinner in The Fireplace Room before heading back to the lodge for a nightcap.
