one where the day doesn’t end when the sun sets.
Designed for Members and their guests to extend a round into an overnight retreat, the Cottages make it possible to enjoy everything The International offers across multiple days without ever leaving the property.

The Design
Nestled among the pines and set against the Club’s rolling landscape, the Cottages draw from a refined New England stone-and-timber vernacular—natural stone facades, steeply pitched gables, vine-laced pergolas, and generous outdoor living spaces oriented to capture both sunrise and sunset. Inside, the design pairs rich wood paneling and classic plaid textiles with deep navy tones, warm leather, brushed brass hardware, and layered textures that feel both timeless and inviting.
The features
An initial phase will bring six Cottages to the property,
with additional phases to follow.
Each cottage features four private en suite bedrooms, expansive common areas, and indoor-outdoor living spaces designed for gathering and relaxation. Each cottage will feature:
- Four en suite bedrooms, each with king-size bed, full bath and personal locker space
- Indoor and outdoor fireplaces
- Full-service kitchen stocked with premium snacks and beverages, including a curated selection of beer, wine, and spirits
- Indoor and outdoor televisions in common areas, plus a TV in each bedroom
- Spacious patios with sunset views
- Dedicated golf cart parking at each cottage
- Golf bag, golf shoe and outerwear storage
